They are the makers of the world’s best contemporary gins and strive to incorporate local and native botanicals and ingredients in their gins. They even offer gin masterclasses where you and a group of friends can spend the day learning to make your own gin and cocktails.

Up in the clouds, upon the tallest hill in McLaren Vale with 360 views, rests Chalk Hill. A trifecta of world-class gin, small batch wines and Italian street food. The first of its kind in South Australia, Chalk Hill features Never Never Distilling Co, Chalk Hill Wines and Cucina di Strada. Never Never creates their gins with a laser focus for flavour, hence why their spirits are loved by bartenders, judges, and gin drinkers alike. Chalk Hill Wines is a family-owned winery, with a passion for hand crafted wines. The trifecta is completed by Cucina Di Strada, a rustic pizza bar on the hill. We’ve been several times and an average trip to Chalk hill looks like this; A margarita pizza, freshly squeezed gin and juice. And you can’t miss out on their rose gin special.
